 We will look at the roof type, consider the most suitable array size and location, assess the roof for any shade and make sure that all equipment locations and cabling routes are determined.  The site survey is completely free of charge and will ensure you get the most appropriate system for your home.  

Your quotATION

 Based on the results of your free site survey we use PV design software to assess the orientation, size and angle of your roof, together with any likely obstructions and provide you with a full written solar PV quotation complete with projected outputs and paybacks outlining the various options available to you.

placing your order

We will ask you to complete a simple order form, sign a contract and provide a deposit to secure your order.  

scheduling your installation

We will schedule your solar PV installation for a time convenient to you. Most home solar PV installations take a couple of days, depending on the roof material or location of the new system. The last stage of the installation will be to commission the system for you and ensure you fully understand how everything works.

The installation will be undertaken by our team of highly experienced installers - unlike many companies, we don't subcontract our works.

registering your solar PV system

As part of the service we will register your new solar PV system for you on the MCS website and provide you with your MCS certificate to enable you to apply for your smart export guarntee.  We are very happy to help you to apply for your smart export guarantee contract as well, if you wish.  We will then ensure you fully understand how to take your meter readings and give them to your smart export guarantee supplier for payment.

when do I pay?

Once completed and there are no outstanding issues with your new solar PV system you will receive our final account for immediate payment.

your warranty

We always issue a 2 year insured workmanship warranty on all our solar PV systems in addition to the standard solar PV equipment manufacturers warranties. You will receive details of all warranties in your comprehensive solar PV system information pack, together with all the other  operating manuals and documentation relating to your new PV system.
